The general doctor’s office at Chelsea has been designed with the concept of life of tree. The design of this medical office inspired how the tree’s growing up from the ground to outside through the roots. To reflect this sort of concept idea had been designed with same material for ceiling, flooring, and wall. Wood flooring refer like tree growing out in the ground, wood panel refer as straight tree on the ground, and the wood ceiling and lighting express as the shape of branch of tree. The stump is second main concept. Using stump shape of chair, furniture, tried to give feeling people are in the nature, also, using 4 different wood  floor materials then designed to give feeling of annual ring of tree.
